氣候變化對地球生態系統、生物多樣性帶來的負面影響直接或間接地影響著人類健康,這已經在國際氣候治理中逐漸得到重視。國際機構近年發布的報告也提出全球醫療健康部門應對氣候變化的重要性和緊迫性。[5] 即將在今年11月于英國格拉斯哥召開的聯合國氣候變化大會(COP26)也將健康議題至于重要位置。在各國落實“巴黎協定”、實現未來十年更具雄心的減排目標的過程中,醫療健康部門有機會、有責任成為積極推動經濟系統全面
低碳轉型的新興力量。
