什么是DPoS？

DPOS 是英文Delegated Proof of Stake的縮寫，意思是委托權益證明，和投票有些相似：在DPoS共識制度下，會選出一定數量的代表，來負責生產區塊，這些代表是怎么選出來的，是持有股權的所有人投票選出。DPoS算法比PoS更去中心化一些。
